149-foot, 13-story office building completed in 1927. It is clad in dark-brown brick above a 2-story limestone base. There are seven total bays, three in the center and two on each end. The main entrance is in the middle bay, with glass-and-metal doors and sidelights covered by a box canopy that projects out onto the sidewalk. Flanking the main entrance are doors to the storefronts at the ends, which have plate-glass show-windows; the storefront at the far east end has its own door. A sloped red awning covers the rest of the ground floor. The 2nd floor has single-windows in each bay, except for the center bay, which has narrower paired windows. The base is capped by a band course above a row of roundels.

The upper floors have single-windows in each bay, with stone sills and brick lintels. The two outer bays on each side are grouped closer together than the middle bays, and framed by vertical lines of brick running up the facade. Protruding air-conditioning units dot the facade, which is set back at the ends above the 12th floor. The middle section extends one floor higher, with two bays of single-windows. The roof line at both and middle and ends is capped by a stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Gallery of Flowers florist, The Chemist Shop pharmacy, and Dr. Jacquie Smiles orthodontics & cosmetic dentistry.
