The 2nd floor has a band of four windows, and the facade is topped by a beige stone roof parapet with a rosette at each end, and a band of dentils running across the middle, capped by a stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Mulligan's Pub, with the 2nd floor by Madison Garden Nail Salon.
