5-story office building completed in 1949. Designed by Harry M. Prince, it is clad in pale yellow brick. The west facade on the avenue has two bays; the northern one has triple-windows, and the wider southern one wraps around the corner, with four window panes facing west and another facing south. On the rest of the south facade there are four bays of triple-windows, and an eastern bay with small double-windows on the upper floors; at the ground floor it has the main entrance, framed in black polished granite; there is a small storefront in a 2-story extension at the east end, with a larger window at the 2nd floor.
The rest of the ground floor has storefront windows of similar size to the triple-windows above, one with a door included. The westernmost storefront bay wraps around the corner to Madison Avenue, where the main storefront entrance is. All of the windows are in black metal frames. There is a black metal fire escape running down the western bay of the south facade.
The eastern elevation is clad in red brick, with a bay of single-windows. The roof line is capped by a stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by MonKEYS locksmith at the far east end.
