3-story building housing a McDonald's, originally completed in 1919. Designed by Sam Levingson, it was purpose-built as a restaurant. In 1930 it was leased by Bickford's Luncheonette chain. Now a McDonald's, with a new facade installed in 2002. It is clad in black metal panels with plate-glass show-windows and entrance at the ground floor, a wide band of show-windows at the 2nd floor, and no openings in the 3rd floor.
