230-foot, 20-story modernist hotel completed in 2017. Designed by Helpern Architects, it is clad in a glass curtain wall with silver metal framing. The facade is slightly set back from the building line, with angled glass extensions of the lobby reaching out to the sidewalk at the ground floor. A long, narrow white metal canopy extends out from the central entrance over the sidewalk. The 18th floor has full balconies with glass railings. The top two floors are set slightly farther back, topped by a landscaped rooftop terrace with a bar and lounge. The hotel contains 290 guest rooms. The ground floor is occupied by Boqueria restaurant, and at the top is Castell Rooftop Lounge.
