World Trade Center building 7. The first Seven WTC building collapsed on 9/11/2001 at 5:20pm. The second building of this name has already been built on the site. It will be part of the New World Trade Center, a complex which is the replacement of the destroyed complex. The kinks in the outline compares the area of both the former and new 7 WTC. The new 7 World Trade Center is smaller than its former.
