22-story modernist residential building completed in 1986. Designed by David Kenneth Specter, the characteristic combination of brick and limestone is suggested by the use of brick and exposed architectural concrete. The brick selected does not match a particular building, but fits within the neighborhood's range of brick colors. The 2-bay facade is asymmetrical, with a wider bay on the south end. The entrance in the limestone ground floor is in the smaller north bay, covered by a smallish metal canopy.
Above the ground floor, the bays are framed by brick piers that angle inwards to recessed sidelight windows. The triple-windows in the wide bay and the single-windows in the narrow bay project forward of the sidelights. The windows all have white metal frames. Horizontal white metal rods run across the bottom third of each floor. The strong, architecturally reinforced parapet above the 17th floor is intentionally close in height, but does not exactly align with the adjacent building; other horizontal banding relates to specific architectural features of the neighboring structures. The top floors are setback above the 17th floor, with red brick framing a curtain wall of glass and metal. A tall mechanical penthouse on the roof is further set back. The north elevation is clad in red brick with no windows. The building was renovated in 2001, and contains 17 condominiums, some of them duplexes.
