162-foot, 18-story modernist hotel completed in 2017. Designed by Michael Kang, the building is deeply recessed, with a facade of white metal paneling above the 2-story base, with two bays of windows of varying widths, depending on the floor. Some floors have triple-windows that vary by the width of the panes, and a few have paired windows.

The base is framed by grey metal paneling, with glass-and-metal infill. The ground floor has two sets of metal-framed glass double-doors, and a single-door on the left. A large, 8-pane window spans most of the 2nd floor. There is a slight setback above the top three floors.
