Once was the Delta Lodge, an independent fraternity (formerly Sigma Alpha Mu) responsible for creation of Fry St. Fair. House burned to ground in 1995 and was rebuilt in 2004. Home of Brotherhood of Delta Lodge and Little Sisters of Delta. Venue for many local area bands. Hosted a fall semester Toga rush party.

The building is a Christian campus ministry today.
