238-foot, 23-story modernist hotel completed in 2014. Designed by Ismael Leyva, it has a glass and stainless steel ground floor, framed in beige pre-cast stone, with two entrances - one for the main lobby and one for The Ainsworth restaurant at the west side. Both are recessed and covered by metal canopies. The main tower is set far back above the base, although there is a small 2-story glass cube that juts out almost to the building line at the west end. The middle part of the tower is clad in a curtain wall of reflective blue glass and grey metal spandrels. On either side is a bay of windows framed in grey pre-cast stone, twice as wide on the west end as the on the east. The curtain wall ends at the 22nd floor, with the top floor in pre-cast stone and having five bays: from west to east they have four windows, three windows, two windows, two windows, three windows, and two windows. The hotel has 58 guest rooms. Besides the lobby, the ground floor is occupied by The Ainsworth Midtown restaurant.
