Classes are held every Tuesdays and Thursdays (monthly group class), every person with diabetes should attend these FREE sessions taught by diabetes educator!
Diabetes overview, carbohydrate counting, and meal planning: 10am-noon every Tuesday
Blood glucose monitoring, physical activity, goal setting, and preventing complications: 1pm-3pm every Tuesday
Managing your diabetes, diabetes and healthy eating, and monitoring your glucose: 1pm every Thursday (monthly group class)
