Retail Development established in ca. 2008. Use one of the entrances on Charlotte Pike (exit 201 of I-40) or on Annex Avenue, off Charlotte. This shopping center always offers up ample parking and is organized and tidy.

It is located on a historical site, the home of the Campbell family as well as the Albert Ganiers, McGowans, Cecil Collins and other early West Nashvillians; the two story log cabin is a replica of the house on nearby Richland Creek that belonged to the Robertson family that founded Nashville. A great site to check out and there is a little park for the kids to play while you relax and/or eat a picnic lunch.

In addition to several restaurants and service shops you will find Target, Costco, Mill's, Firestone, Staples, Party City, PetsRUs, BestBuy, Red Robin, IHOP, Blue Coast, McDonald's, Verizon, Dick's Sporting Goods, Marshall's, Ross, World Market, Bath and Body Works, Old Navy, DSW Shoes, NY & Company, Lane Bryant and much more.
