Hess Triangle Plot

Hess Triangle, which at 500-square inches was once the smallest piece of private land in NYC. The former owner of Village Cigars bought the 500-square inch property from the Hess estate for $1,000 in 1938 and kept the plaque and the small piece of New York history.
