6-story office building completed in 1903. It is clad in dark reddish-brown brick. The ground floor has is white stone with a glass-and-metal storefront, and a modernized entrance to the upper floors at the north. The upper floors have bands of eight window panes with stone sills. The 2nd & 3rd floors have dark-brown iron bands across the tops of the windows, while the 4th & 5th floors have similar bands across the bottoms, just above the sills. The top floor has four double-windows set under round-arched and resting on a continuous sill course. There is a vertical stone panel at both edges of this floor. The facade is capped by a simple brick roof parapet.
