210-foot, 16-story office building completed in 1914. Designed by Robert T. Lyons and Warren & Wetmore, it is five bays wide on Park Avenue South, and four bays wide on 29th Street. The 2-story limestone stone has rusticated piers on grey granite bases. The main entrance is in the northern bay on Park Avenue South, which is projected slightly forward. The base is capped by a dentiled cornice with an egg-and-dart molding. Each bay has triple-windows with black metal mullions.

The transitional 3rd floor is also clad in limestone, topped with a band course featuring a Greek-fret motif. The upper floors have buff-colored brick piers, with black metal mullions, and paneled iron spandrels. The top three floors are set off by a dentiled cornice. The stone piers are ornamented at the 14th floor and paneled on the top two floors. Both facades are crowned by a modillioned roof cornice; above the corner on the southeast corner are large finial ornaments featuring round metal medallions surrounded by various carvings. The ground floor is occupied by a Starbucks coffee, a Verizon wireless store, and Sabai Thai estaurant.
