301-foot, 30-story modernist hotel/service apartments building completed in 2016. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara Associates, its top five floors have residential units, with hotel rooms in the rest of the tower. It is clad in blue glass with vertical white-painted pre-cast concrete stripes. The 9-story base has planted terraces on top, with the set-back tower continuing up vertically to its own roof deck. The top portion of the base cantilevers over the shorter neighboring building to the north. Exposed floor plates divide the facades at each floor. The main entrance is at the west end of the south facade, with sliding glass doors. To the left is a steel service door, and to the right are two more service doors, all covered by a steel canopy. Farther east the ground floor has a set of glass double-doors to the restaurant space in the east end of the ground floor. This has plate-glass windows at the east end, and more windows on the east facade, with a recessed set of glass double-doors in the middle. There is another steel service door at the north end of the east facade.

The upper floors on the south facade have a bay of narrow double-windows and two bays of narrow single-windows above the metal canopy at the west side. There is a triple-window bay in the middle, and the east side has three narrow double-window bays. The base's east facade on the avenue has four bays of double-windows, the southern one narrower.

The upper tower's east facade has double-window bays at both ends, with a single-window and double-window in the middle, up until the 24th floor, where the middle bays merge into a wide 5-pane bay. The upper tower's south facade has a double-window and single window at the west end, merging together at the 24th floor. To the right are two double-windows, a single-window, and another double-window, with the single-window bay ending at the 24th floor and the two eastern double-windows changing into wider bays at this level.

The west facade has double-window end bays, and another double-window at the middle beginning on the 23rd floor. The northern elevation is mostly painted concrete, with windows wrapping around the corners from the other sides, starting at the 14th floor, and growing to wider windows at the 24th floor. At the crown, the top levels above the 3-level mechanical floor are articulated as setbacked rectangular masses, which contain the fitness center.
