Victory Wind Farm is located 1-5 miles north of Arcadia, Iowa, and then 10 miles to the west. Commissioned in 2006, it consisted of 66 GE Energy 1.5sle wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 99 MW.
In 2017 the turbines were upgraded from 77 m diameter rotors to 87 m rotors, and most (53) also upgraded to a capacity of 1.6 MW, making for a mix of models GE 1.5-87 and 1.6-87, and a new combined nominal capacity of 104.3 MW.
