Millen is a village and submunicipality of the municipality of Riemst in the southeast of the Belgian province of Limburg. It was an independent municipality until the municipal reorganization of 1977.

Millen was first mentioned in writing in 1143, as Millina. The name may have to do with mul, or sandy soil, while the soil in Millen has a very firm structure and also largely consists of loam soil.
