Notes: The founder of Clarkdale, the former Montana U.S. senator and industrialist William A. Clark, built this clubhouse to serve the social and recreational interests of the mining town's residents. Clark's United Verde Copper Company facilities were the reason for Clarkdale's existence, and many of the buildings in Clarkdale were built to serve the miners and their families; the clubhouse is one of the main focal points of the town.
