The Barron Building was home to an early 1920's Cadillac dealership and has since been converted to storefronts. The building itself dates back to c. 1907. Three medallions from the old La Mothe Cadillac dealership remain just above the windows on the front of the store facing the road. The back of the store currently houses an auto body repair shop.
It is a rare surviving example of early automobile development on Long Island, now a multi-use office building.
