 office building, 1912_construction

8-story office building completed in 1912. Designed by John Woolley, it has a 2-story limestone base with buff-colored brick above. At the ground floor the piers have granite bases and have projecting bands up through the 2nd floor. The facade is divided into three wide bays, with four joined windows in the middle bay and three at each outer bay. The base is capped by a stone cornice.

There are wider metal mullions between the windows on the upper floors, and the brick piers have stone bases at the bottom of the 3rd floor. The top two floors have a lighter shade of brick, and at the top floor each bay is divided into three evenly spaced windows. This office building largely houses medical-related companies. The building was home to the Callen-Lorde Thea Spyer Center, which offered various medical services, including primary care, HRT, and mental health services, from 2016-2025.
