8 business units on the groud floor; Gym-Spa on the Mezzanine; and 226 residential units on floors 1 to 16.
4 levels of underground parking, but only top two levels currently being used, the bottom two parking floors being used as workshop and bakery (completely illegal and unsafe). Addis Ababa city officials too corrupt to stop this illegal businesses. @Engineer-Takele-Umma - act now!
