Meru is a town in eastern Kenya. It is the headquarters of the Meru County, and the sixth largest urban centre in the country. Meru forms a municipal council with a population of 240,900 residents (2017).

MERU. 1) Whats the actuala meaning of MERU in Original tribal name or in Meruan Language? (Not in Swahily language)Whay the Mount MERU named as "MERU"? 2) Mt Merru summit is about 4565 meters wich is higher than that of Volacnic mouth of Mt MERU wich is 3667 meters ash hole height. Which shows that The Ash HOLE of VOLACANIS MOUTH Mt MERU has collapsed about 2000+ meters may be about 3000+ meters, as Base of the Volcanic Ash Hole may be at height of Mt MERU summit 4565 meters and than collapsed to lower level to block the Volcamnic Mouth of that time. So original Height of Mout MERU may be much heigher and even higher than present KILIMANJARO summit. about 7500+ meters, Highest point of AFRICA. Not only that BUT HEIGHEST Mt of the WORLD as at that time EVEREST was not so high as it is at present. 3) So when this collapse of Mt MERU occure in geological time and proofs? 4) we have some ancient Writings in OLDEST SANSKRIT Languge saying that Mt meru was the heighest point and was bowed to lower down - Collapsed and since it is in that possition. We are looking for such geological time scale proofs. and so searching for Meaning of "MERU" in original language as it has been mantioned Meru means made of precious metals like GOLD! does original/tribal languages do support these meanings?
