Radio Pakistan is one of the oldest broadcasting center of Sub-continent. Its first transmetter was Marconi produced and he gifted to the British Government ruling the area at that time. It started transmission in 1937 and Mr. Aslam Khattak was its first head of the unite. At that time it was established near present PC Hotel. At that time it was used for propaganda against Afghanistan and Tribes.
