4-story warehouse building originally completed in 1823 with an attic floor just below a peaked roof. The building has been substantially altered at the ground floor since that early date. By 1910 the roof had been lowered. The brick outline of the former window openings of the attic floor are visible at the roof parapet. The brick facade is painted red above a ground floor covered by corrugated metal and capped by a cast-iron lintel.

In the early 1900s, this building, along with 104 & 105 South Street, was bought by M. Slavin & Sons fish merchants. It has been vacant since the fish market moved to the Bronx in 2005.
