Cottage. Circa 1814 for the 6th Duke of Bedford and probably designed by Sir Jeffry Wyatville, A letter from Wyatville to Bedford's accountant dated 1814 states "I certainly will take the Park buildings into consideration. Indeed I believe I have have already formed the plan in my mind ..." and it seems likely that he was responsible for the design of the cottage.
