Fantastic views to Dartmoor, Plymouth, Caradon and the surrounding areas. Many people talk their dogs for walks here in the summer, providing the poop is cleared up, there is also a quarry that some swim in.
Kit Hill Country Park (which includes the hill and surrounding areas), was given to the people of Cornwall in 1985 to mark the birth of Prince William, by Prince Charles. It is managed by Cornwall Council, and consists of some 400 acres.
