On November 15, 2013, Ayden Kitchen & Bar opened in the space vacated by Souleio. It is owned by chef Dale MacKay, best known as the first-season winner of the reality TV program "Top Chef Canada". MacKay moved from Vancouver back to his hometown of Saskatoon after soaring rents (upwards of $40000/month) forced his restaurants out of business. This restaurant is named after his son.
