The Mount Hope Molybdenum project is 80% owned by General Moly Inc. and 20% by a POSCO subsiduary, POS-Minerals Corporation. Both formed a joint venture based on that ownership called Eureka Moly, LLC, also referred to as EMLLC. General Moly was previously named Idaho General Mines Inc but was renamed to General Moly Inc on October 4, 2007.
