Originally built in 1974 as the Sheraton-Royal Hotel, later the Adam's Mark, then Clarion, then Sheraton Kansas City Sports Complex, then Holiday Inn Kansas City SE-Waterpark, then Adam's Mark again. Closed in 2020, due to the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
