Designed by Herbert Riddle in 1928 with significant architectural detailing throughout for the Chicago Theological Seminary. Building adaptively reused to become UofC Becker Friedman Institute For Research in Economics with a new interior by Ann Beha Architects. The seminary with bookstore relocated elsewhere in 2014. It is now named after Álvaro Saieh.
