Estate home designed c. 1929 in the Georgian Revival style by Noel & Miller on originally 25 acres of land for Frank Miller Gould {capitalist} who was the grandson of Jay Gould and son of Edwin Gould who resided at "Highwood" in Oyster Bay Cove. Gould served as chairman of the board of St. Louis Southwestern Railway Co. The center entry for the home features a dramatic front door with a bold, broken-scroll pediment. The estate was subsequently owned by Walter Gubelmann and later by Andrew Otterson Miller, Jr {attorney, industrialist} who renamed it" Ducks Landing". Miller served as a partner of the White & Case law firm and was a director of Seagram Distillers.

The estate underwent a designer showcase makeover by Claudia Dowling in 2013.
