Dolonar was originally built for Philip James and Frances Roosevelt by architect Hall Pleasants Pennington {Hedgerow} c. 1928. House has been altered and expanded. Built on former Roosevelt family property, it was the estate of Charles Wang, co-founder of Computer Associates, now known as "CA" (NasdaqGS: CA). Wang was also the majority owner of the New York Islanders/New York Dragons sports franchises. Situated on over 60 acres, the main house is over 49,000+ square feet and includes such features as an indoor full court basketball court and indoor pool.
