very beautiful campsite between the Abu Ras Cliffs and the Great Sand Sea. It is called "Ice-camp" because on one of Samir Lamas expeditions in January 2002, after a full moon night the temperature was down to minus 5 centigrade in early morning. Everything was coverd with white frost. Fascinating to see, but it vanished as soon as the sun looked over the horizon.
