According to Albertsons Florida Blog, this store opened December 1974 and remodeled and expanded in 1998. In 2008, Publix acquired and reopened it (despite the fact that another one was across the street), and closed it in December 2013 to demolish it (and replace it with a new store). In late 2014, it reopened, though is a bit smaller than the store it replaced. Then again, there's a second Publix directly across the street...
