A triangular shaped swamped where it is rumored there may be treasure, as well as the entrance to the "booby traps" preventing exploration of the money pit and other sites. Attempts have been made to drain the swamp, but it wants to refill itself.

One theory says that the swamp is man made, and that there were originally two islands.. It is thought that an ancient pirate treasure ship was sailed in between the two islands and sunk, along with its treasure. Dams were build between them and the area filled in, leaving a swamp.
