The 429,100 sq. ft., plant was constructed by American Standard in 1935 to house its expanding American Blower division which had outgrown its factory at 6000 Russell Street. In 1981, American Standard acquired Ireland based Davidson Fan and changed their name to American Davidson. The plant closed in 1989.
