The Bogyoke Road where the hotel is situated is not only the main road of Monywa but it is the country’s one of the major roads connecting Mandalay to India. Its location makes it an ideal base to explore the town or the nearby tourist attractions. The hotel complex was built in 2003 on a 7.4 acre site. On one side of the compound is the serene Kan Thar Yar Lake that compliments the grandeur of the hotel and its beautiful layout.

The Win Unity Resort Hotel has six types of rooms. Suite Room Lake View, Deluxe Lake View, Deluxe Garden View, Junior Deluxe and Superior Rooms are attached twin bungalows with an own veranda to provide ultimate privacy for our guests. The Standard Rooms in a 5 stories building are a real bargain, considering the quality of the rooms and the service.
