Historic textile factory complex with buildings constructed from 1926 through 1948. The complex is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2013, work began on a major redevelopment of the factory complex. The site will become a mixed-use development of residential dwellings and businesses. It is to be called The Mill at South River.
