Historic Greek Revival-style house dating to 1839. The house is open to the public for tours and is also home to Key Ingredients Restaurant. The property, which is also known as the McGavock Mansion, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The restaurant has been closed since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and is variously reported as permanently closed depending on source online. The property itself is listed for sale as of August, 2021. Update as needed.
