Historic 19th century natural spring mountain resort listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district. The site includes numerous relevant structures, mostly cottages and hotel accommodations. Greek Revival and Gothic Revival are the prevailing architectural styles. The complex is also known as Jordan Alum Springs. It is currently owned by Young Life and is operated as a summer camp.
