Historic Gothic Revival-style estate home dating to about 1845 which was designed by Alexander Jackson Davis. The home was converted into St. Emma's Industrial and Agricultural School for African American children in 1897, at which time extensive additions were made to the house. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was purchased in 2019 by Jeff Oakley for 6mil with the intention of restoration.
