Pair of historic Colonial Revival-style boarding houses dating to between 1901 and 1910. The buildings were constructed to house employees of area textile mills, and are now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The boarding house at address 364 is now the New River Trail Inn, a bed & breakfast.
