The interior has three naves and a dome over the transept and apse flanked by two chapels: one dedicated to the Blessed Sacrament to the right, left at the Madonna delle Grazie. This arrangement dates from the late seventeenth century, the first decades of the eighteenth century. Among the many paintings some are worthy of note, such as the Immaculate Conception of Raffaelino of the Hill (1480 - 1566), located on the first altar on the right; St. Charles Borromeo in Glory (1630 - 1635), a painting by Giovan Francesco Guerrieri from Fossombrone, located in the second altar on the right; at the center of the chancel, St. Peter visited by St. Paul in prison Mamertinus, painting of the Roman workshop of the painter Gaetano Lapis, commissioned by Archbishop Francesco Maria Fadossi 1750. eighth altar of the left aisle, a Lady of Mount Carmel and Saints (seventeenth century), canvas school's Warriors. On the ninth of the same nave altar is a crucifix of 1640 of the Roman school.
