Historic Greek Revival-style house and farm built between 1858 and 1869. The property is known alternatively as Massie House and Boulder Springs, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as "Edgewood, 1858" due to the existence of another historic house in Amherst County called "Edgewood, 1818".
