4-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in the 1880s. It is clad in dark orange-red brick, with a cast-iron storefront on the avenue side, which is topped with a dentiled cornice. The upper floors windows on the west, south & east facades have stone sills and lintels with metal cornices, all painted white. Two of the bays on the south side have been bricked in, but the sills and cornices remains on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Additionally, there are two columns of narrow, smaller windows on this facade. All three elevations are capped by a corbelled brick parapet, with the avenue side also having small brick arches extending down onto the facade, and a small metal cornice on top. The ground floor is occupied by The Orchard Townhouse restaurant.
