10-story storage building completed in 1913. Designed by John B. Snook & Sons as a warehouse for A. & J. Sloane, Inc. It is clad in dark red brick, with corbelled brick and stone cornices running across the tops of the ground, 2nd & 8th floors. The building wraps around the empty lot on the corner of West 29th and 11th Avenue. The ground floor on the avenue side has four round-arched openings with large keystones; all four have been blocked off. On the 29th Street side, there are three large round-arches loading docks on the right side and four narrow ones on the left. The 2nd floor openings are all segmental-arched, with brick framing and keystones. The upper floor windows consists of double panes with stone lintels and corbelled brick and stone sills, except for the 8th floor, which also has segmental-arched windows. Corbelled brick belt courses connect the windows of each floor at the sill level.

Connected to the storage building on the east side is an earlier, 3-story structure completed in 1910. Designed by James B. Baker as a stable and garage, it is more than half the height of the 10-story building despite having only three floors. It is clad in nearly identical dark red brick, with a corbelled brick band course across the top of the 1st floor, and a brick and stone cornice across the top of the 2nd. The extra tall 2nd floor has three tall, triple window openings, separated by slender brick piers, and topped by round arches with keystones.

Both of the joined building currently operate as a Manhattan Mini-Storage facility.
