"Carr's Hill"

Designed c. 1906 by McKim, Mead & White (William M. Kendall as lead) in the Colonial Revival style on 4 acres of land as an official residence of the President of the University of Virginia. There are also three cottages and a guesthouse on the property. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on 4/23/2008 and the Virginia Landmarks Register.

The estate is now used as the University of Virginia President's House. Sympathetic renovations were made by Glavé & Holmes.
