Historic Federal-style house and farm complex dating originally to sometime between 1762 and 1782. The main house was expanded between 1840 and 1860, and again between 1906 and 1911 (in the Greek Revival and Colonial Revival styles). The 863-acre property, which is also known as Old Field, Hyde Farmlands Academy, and Hyde Farms, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
