1-story showroom building completed in 1946. Designed by Tobias Goldstone as a garage for the Clinton Paper Corporation. It is has simple brick facade, with a large garage door covered by a metal roll-down shutter, a smaller opening to the right (with the main entrance), and an even smaller side entry on the far right. A row of soldier bricks forms belt course above entrances. The building was converted to gallery space in the late 1990s for the James Cohan Gallery. It is currently occupied by Lamborghini Lounge, a private, appointment-only showroom space.
